EnglishIf you are considering playing badminton in Amsterdam, just come and visit badmintonclub Slotermeer in the west of Amsterdam. Slotermeer is one of the bigger badmintonclubs in The Netherlands. At Slotermeer we play at many levels, from the recreational to the sub-national level. And we play almost every night: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 19.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.
You will therefore always find someone of your own level to play with. Moreover, you can discover for example what it is like to play in a league. For beginners and motivated recreational players there is a special league. And after that, you could enter the normal league. Did you already play in a league and would you like to continue doing so? Please let us know with your application.
If you are still in doubt, you can join us at practice 2 times in a group at your level. We will provide a racket without you having to pay anything. If you decide to become a member of the club after trying out twice, you can always buy the racket for a reduced price.
